As you all know I am a poet and have been one since even I can remember. Birthed in Pikeville, Ky; raised in McRoberts, Ky; I started witing poetry when I was in elementary school. I did not know that it was poetry that flowed out of my loins, until a dear teacher of mine Jan Tackett called me into her class one day and told me what it was that I was putting to paper and was flowing out of my very being. At that time I was with child whom; I named after a poet Keziah and one of Job's children when God restored his life.

Through the years of my life I never stopped writing poetry. Even though there were many books lost along the way. In 1998 I began to write Words of Truth; with the determination and faith of a succesfully published book. I met my partner in poetry and gave her no choice in the matter of being my sister in performance and in life. Keisha James introduced me to the mic at a cafe. I looked and searched for many publisher's and finally found the courage to Self-Publish. After a sixteen year search for an affordable price, time, and dedication that kept me carrying these poems around until my time had arrived. Words of  Truth is a Godly, Spiritually based book that will free you when you read/listen to the very context given.
